Students of VOSONSPSO, ( the Czech Higher School of Fashion), at VTI of Volos Municipality, by Erasmus + program.
Once again, and after many years of collaboration, our School hosted for two weeks, 6 students and their teacher, V. Tasoulasova, from the Czech Fashion School, VOSONSPSO, by an Erasmus + project.
Students attended courses in the Fashion Designer specialty, and also in other specialties with related courses. During their stay, they visited local clothing companies, where they were informed by the owners about clothing creation in our country. They also visited points of historical - cultural importance for coming into contact with our culture and history.
As part of their mobility project, they created clothes inspired by Ancient Greek and Traditional Clothes, which they studied at Acropolis Museum, Lyceum of Greek Women of Volos, Archaeological Museum of Volos and Benaki Museum in Athens.
The collaboration between the two Schools will continue with mobility organized by VTI of Volos Municipality hosted by the Prague School.
The President of KEKPA-DIEK Mrs. Sofia Chalari as well as the Municipal Authority of Volos support and promote European projects, the benefits of which do not finish by students’ graduation but continue in their access to labor market.
